Tibetan Singing Bowl Workshop

Saturday June 16, 2pm-4pm

In this two hour hands on workshop, learn to play the Tibetan metal bowl and how to incorporate into such practices as sound baths, reiki clients, yoga class or meditation.

Lesson includes 1 small 8" bowl, 1 long mallet and 1 short mallet. 2 hour hands on learning techniques to make the bowl resonate and "sing". Learn to use the bowls on some one and experience what it feels like having them on you. How to incorporate bowls into your personal practice, meditation or with groups or private clients such as reiki, yoga, massage or sound baths. Medium to larger bowls will be available for a discounted price.
