The Spiral Dance

Ecstatic Dance 6-9pm

This is a new/ancient monthly ecstatic dance experience! It will be held on the first Saturday after the new moon, to tap into the deep esoteric energies of the moon! 

Blending meditation, ceremony, deep stretching with integrated chakra work, tantric flow, live music, sacred dance, contact improv and closing the session with a sound bath by Fabian Realizer.
